Simran’s practice work spans sophisticated litigation and substantial transactional matters in the construction and development sectors. Since 2006, he has been involved in the construction and development of commercial buildings and public infrastructure throughout California. He holds a master’s degree in civil engineering and brings ten plus years of professional structural design experience to his legal practice. This background gives him comprehensive knowledge in building materials, methodologies, California regulatory procedures, and industry best practices, equipping him with technical insights and analytical skills only possible through direct professional experience.

Simran has handled multiple complex and high-value litigation matters involving damages well into high eight figures. He has also successfully conducted trials in state court and private arbitration hearings. On the transactional side, he frequently acts as Project Counsel for active Southern California construction projects and has prepared many owner-general contractor agreements.
